Congratulations to Liechty Homes for earning Schult’s five-star customer review award! This award is based on feedback collected from customers who have completed the purchase of a Schult Home, measuring satisfaction in areas such as customer service, the process of building, setting and finishing the house, and the home warranty.
Distinguished among hundreds of eligible retailers nationwide, this is the fourth time one of our Liechty Homes sales centers has won this award in the last five years alone, with the honor for 2022 going to our Minot office. “Our ultimate goal at Liechty Homes is to sell a high quality home and to take care of our customers long after the sale is complete,” said General Manager Tom Erie.
Customer Recognition for Our Homes
Quality of our homes indeed receives consistently high praise from our customers, both in the survey and in the comments we receive from them every day. As Luke Domres, a sales associate at Liechty Homes Minot, was talking with people touring our Schult Legend 86 model home at the North Dakota State Fair, a former customer jumped into the conversation. “I’ve lived in a Schult home for ten years and the quality is second to none,” she said. As she looked around the house, she remarked, “this is a beautiful home-it looks like it’s time to upgrade!”
“That’s the best customer review you can get,” Domres said.
High Praise for Our Sales Team
Customers repeatedly mentioned outstanding communication with our sales staff in their comments. “Our sales people see the deal through from the commitment to purchase a home all the way until the home is installed, finished out, and ready for occupancy,” Erie said. A recent customer commented on their experience working with Brad Slaughbaugh at Liechty Homes Bismarck, “He was very organized and communication was great. We didn’t realize we would be such good friends with a salesman, but he was so kind and we really appreciate him.”
Another strength was quick turnaround times. The current lead time on receiving a Schult home is 6-8 weeks, which means that customers who visit any of our sales centers today can purchase a custom home-or one of our discounted lot models-and still have it set before winter.
