This past year my husband and I decided the time was right to purchase a new home and move to the family ranch outside of Dunn Center. The first place we looked was Liechty Homes in Minot, ND because we noticed the two story home there. We looked at many homes there and fell in love with; a Schult home. We live a little closer to Bismarck, so the next time we were there we stopped at Liechty Homes in Bismarck. They also had the home we liked so well and with a few features that fit us even more, so we decided after looking at many homes, that was the one we wanted. We worked with Chris Tietz. From the beginning we felt comfortable with Chris. He was helpful and answered all of our questions. When it came time to choose all of our flooring, etc he was so helpful and it went very smoothly. Chris has gone above and beyond, answering phone calls from us at any time. Even when he was on vacation!! He came out to check our place, a couple of times and we look forward to him stopping by to see our progress when he is in our area. We love our new home! We purchased our Schult Hearthside IV model home from Liechty Homes in 2012. From the start we had a phenomenal experience. We met with the salesman,Kevin, and immediately toured the lot models. We have lived in our home for over four years now and I have to say that I love it just as much now as I did when I first bought it. The home suits our needs and the quality is exceptional. We have received so many compliments on our home and people are so surprised that it is a manufactured home. To me that is a testament to the excellent quality and craftsmanship of the Schult home. Liechty offers many models and floor plans and you would be sure to find one that fits your needs. With Schult you don’t need to sacrifice quality, style and functionality in order to live in a manufactured or modular home. I recommend Liechty Homes and their staff at every chance I get.
